Back in 2017, I had the privilege of attending Swedish master painter, Nick Alm‘s solo show at Arcadia Contemporary. Luckily, I was able to meet him and blog about it for the school.
I found Nick Alm to be a gracious, humble, and kind art spirit, so when my boss and I discovered he was having another solo show, this one titled Scenes from Somewhere at Arcadia Contemporary, we were ecstatic!
Unfortunately, Nick was unable to fly out for his gallery opening. His show’s premiere was held on Saturday, March 7, 2020, from 6-8 PM. We’re excited to share with you Linda Wehrli’s famous close-up shots of her favorites from the exhibit. We hope you find them inspiring!
Missed the gallery opening? No worries! The show runs through March 22, 2020.
Or, grab a favorite beverage and a comfy chair, and peruse the show from their online catalog.

Mesmerising!
Indeed!
The detail and color are amazing! It looks like a photograph more than a painting which says a lot about the artist.
Thank you so much for sharing your thoughts. Agreed!
